We have been present on the investment market, agency, asset valuations, and market research for the last 23 years.
We started our activity in 1994 in the commercial sector with our company Marthan Webb, later expanding to the residential and hospitality sectors. In 2003 we started asset management, managing the entire value process of over 105 vertical properties and 160 property portfolios.
Since 2014, our activity has been focused on advising about the purchase of real estate investment assets, preferably rental properties, through the company NKA.
